Larger cross applicable front discs

Hi guys.

I always read you but I haven't written in a while here.

I am trying to design my own BBK for my not-so-stock-anymore R60S, so I wanted to ask:
Does anyone have direct or indirect experience with the installation of larger rotors coming from other vehicles?

Ideally, I'd like to go in the 330-350mm diameter range, with a thickness of 28mm, max 30.
The key point I am trying to tackle is the discs' height, as many BMWs have similar characteristics, but won't fit the shallow Countryman spindle.

There is a user here @CG1* that has done a wonderful job (saw the post) utilising some 1-piece rotors that (I guess) might be coming from another 5x120PCD / 72.6CB application.
Maybe I am wrong but I wanted to check with the most technical guys here if anyone knows any alternative.

Thanks a lot.

@CG1* gave me this insight on his BMW caliper upgrade 'kit':
"The rotors are rears off the Land Rover Sport and newer Discovery. 350x25 if I recall correctly. Like 49mm depth versus 46mm for the standard front rotors."

Top hint @njaremka !
I am discussing separately with @CG1* , but we're mainly going over BMW-based options.
Land Rover sport has also same PCD, CB and quite decent height.
Thank you for chipping in.
