2024 Countryman S Recommended Options
I am looking into purchasing a 2024 Countryman S and wonder what options are recommended and not recommended. I am thinking of the following:
1 - Leather Heated Seats
2 - Heads Up Display
3 - Iconic Trim
I will be replacing my 2005 MCS with this car.
Thanks for any input.

Check, leather heated seats. I am so so on heads up, bit kind of like it. I have signature plus and am happy. Iconic would be nice, but one was not in stock. I like Harmon Kardon stereo. I have heard mixed reviews of the active cruise control, such as too sensitive, and cuts out in sunny conditions. Heated steering wheel is very nice in cold weather. For me below 10 and I miss it in my 24 S (had a 23 hardtop with it). MINI rubber floor mats is the first purchase we make. We ditched the run flats first thing when we buy a MINI for improved ride. Check out Micheline Cross Climate 2. The completely obliterate other tires on Tire Rack, Consumer reports, and from forum reviews. Detroittuned has doughnut spares that fit under the flat floor. Also you will need a jack and lug wrench, whic dealer had decent prices on. Good luck! Keep us in the loop!
Leather Heated Seats and heated steering wheel are a must if in the cold.

We have a ‘17 CSA4 6spd, that is as close to “fully loaded” (actually has the Fully Loaded package..) as you're going to get. Really happy with it for what it is. 86k miles, with no real issues.
- HUD, I really like it, particularly when used with the factory Nav. Provides a lot of useful information and map data. I like Google Nav with CarPlay, but if not worried about traffic the factory Nav and HUD are more informative.
- Dynamic Dampers, I like the adjustable suspension helps take the edge off the run flats.
- Adaptive Cruise Control, meh. It’s not particularly smooth. I have not had issues in sunlight, but heavier rain will kick it off. Great concept, but I am not overwhelmed.
