I installed my new VLAND Union Jack taillights today. These are the latest variant they have come out which I think look pretty good. Direct plug and play installation for cars with halogen taillights. Took about an hour. Only issue I had was one of the taillights came with a damaged black frame around the taillight so I had to install my old chrome rings for now until the replacement arrive from Amazon. They cost me about $229.

Presumably the dark parts in the video function as the brake lights?

 

Yes, the brake lights illuminate the > & < portions of the left and right lights, respectively. The portion of the Union Jack that looks like a sideways V. On most of the aftermarket taillights I saw, only a thin vertical strip on the inner side illuminated as brake lights, whereas these illuminate a much larger part.
