Must have mini tools

N18 has anyone already compiled a list of must have tools standard or specialty for N18? Special sockets, extensions, etc?

N18 engine tools here:

But if you dont have a tool set in general i would get the metric socket set and others like this: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-schwaben...05981sch01akt/ I use these on all my cars that are metric, like honda and rover. Here is the extension. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-schwaben...124sch01a~sch/

As stated on the metric tools. I have a set of wobble extensions that have come in handy. I did purchase the belt tool when I changed mine.

If doing your own maintenance, you will want to get a oil filter socket. I bought a cheap set at Harbor Freight that had 3 sizes. Sorry, I forget which size the mini uses, I want to say 27mm maybe. You never want to put the set I have on an impact. They are very thin wall and made for oil filter caps only due to strength.

A must have in my opinion is a good Torx set, bot screw driver and socket

If doing brakes, you will need a brake compression tool.

typo, both a screw driver set and socket. Don't skimp on the Torx sockets. Cheap sets strip the 1st time you use them.
