Bottom alternator bolt

I've hit a stump, my alternator went out and killed the car. I got everything else removed and ready for the swap, my only issue is the bottom torx bolt. I've tried 8mm wrenches but it's just not working, I have an 8mm socket that will work, but the ac lines are right in the way and doesn't give me enough clearance to put a wrench and socket on. My next step that i really dont want to do is to drop the ac compressor with all its lines attached just to move problem ac line. Any ideas?

you have to drop the AC compressor (lines can stay on) and you with need an external torx socket
I described this procedure in this post:
