Hello everyone,

I have a mini one countryman from 2012 model R60 98hp automatic gearbox.
I had white smoke coming out of the hood and I noticed a fluid leak from the thermostat box. So I changed this box with the probes, I filled the coolant, purged it etc.; I went for a walk, and noticed that the fan doesn't turn, even when I turn on the air conditioning.

I then tested the fan directly, it works well. I also tested all the engine compartment fuses and relays, they are all ok.

Can you help me please?

Did you bleed the system via the bleed valve on the thermostat if not air in the system will not allow the to read the coolant properly. It could also be the switch itself (test by checking resistance cold and hot)
