Locating water leak in 2010 Clubman S

Dealing with a leak that’s getting into the passenger-side footwell of my 2010 Mini Clubman; water’s getting in alongside the kick panel, over the door speaker, and on the wire loom above the JBE.

After rain 2 weeks ago, had a lot of water in my footwell that shorted out part of the JBE, causing my rear doors to open by themselves and an unstoppable, random alarm. Brought it to the dealership for the sunroof drain recall, and was told that the alarm wasn’t directly caused by the recall, but had it disabled and got the tubes fixed/JBE replaced.

Brought it back home, had some rain overnight, and the leak’s still there. From what I can see, the water's entering the cabin to the right of, or directly below, where the dash meets the door. I’ve taken some pictures of where the water is getting & some points on the exterior I’m worried about.

I'm open to any ideas on how to either further diagnose or fix the issue, hopefully before it gets soaked again.

Windshield cowl seal is completely missing on that side of the car

Water is dripping down from the weather stripping — zoom in to see small water drops in center of photo

Water is draining over/under kick panel, and on left half of speaker

Missing chunk of weather striping — could be nothing?

Replace both front windshield cowls and any degraded door weatherstripping. Also check whether water is entering through the cabin filter hole behind the battery.

Is the left footwell area dry?

Did the dealership offer any helpful advice?

Thanks!
Left footwell is completely dry, as is the cabin air filter. The dealership was no help and really hard to get ahold of.
I can get my hands on the cowls pretty easily, but the weatherstripping is a bit harder to find in stock near me.

Are you absolutely sure that the dealership completely fixed the sunroof-related water intrusion?

You should be able to get weatherstripping from Mini Cooper/BMW online parts stores.

You can buy just the windshield cowl weather stripping on Aliexpress from a bunch of sellers. Shows up under "R56 weather strip." The cowls themselves are fairly pricey now.

I'd replace the door strip where it's broken, and not 100% count out the sunroof drains yet.
