Over-revving issue

Got a problem with my r56 mini one, while i’m driving if i put my foot down the car over revs so i have to be extremely careful with how much accelerator i give it. It started losing power when it hit 4k revs and now it’s down to losing power at 2k revs, i think it’s a problem with the clutch but im not 100% sure so any ideas would be appreciated

Does sound like clutch is slipping. How many miles are on the clutch?

Any fault codes stored in the DME?

no fault codes that i have seen yet, and when the revs jump it does sound like the clutch is being applied
