dwa & ncs expert

Hi!
I encounter a strange problem with ncs expert.
I manage to connect to my ecu, I download the BC1.03 module
I see that these are indeed my options.
My mini having the original alarm (cooper s) the latter is deactivated (by the previous owner) so I decided to reactivate it.

My problem is the following: when I want to reinject the TRC file, ncs gives me a COAPI2060 error (defective coding)
So out of curiosity, I flashed the file that I had just recovered (the original, without touching anything) and I got the same error

So I have no way to activate or deactivate options (even without touching the dwa)
I searched for a long time, I seem to be the only one facing this problem...

Someone to help me move forward?

Thanks in advance

I've been playing with NCS expert for a couple of months now doing a ton of work on my track car. Few thoughts...

1. Try again with key on 1st position and also while key is on 2nd position
2. Try reopening NCSexpert and doing the process over.
3. Delete contents of TRC file and re-export from NCS Dummy.
4. Disconnect car battery for 20 minutes and try again.
5. Cycling ignition on and off and trying again.
6. Check car battery voltage is sufficient.

NCSexpert has some odd behavior I've found and slight things like the above list can cause issues.
