Mini Countryman Wastegate Failure

Hello, I recently Installed a new cat-less downpipe on my 2014 R60 S ALL4; Since the install I have had a CEL and the car has been stuck in Limp Mode. I figured the CEL and Limp Mode were both due to the readings coming from the o2 sensors now that they no longer had a Catalytic converter; However one of my engine codes appears to be related to the Waste Gate Control, Just wondering if anyone has had this issue, If it is a simple fix or if I need to look into replacing the entire turbo, Or can i simply replace the wastegate. Thanks for any and all help !

Engine Codes :

2C57: 0x2C57 boost pressure control, plausibility: pressure too low
2CB3: 0x2CB3 Wastegate, control: suspected fault in the wastegate control
2D13: 0x2D13 Lambda probe heating after catalytic converter, function: internal resistance too high
2D22: 0x2D22 Lambda probe after catalytic converter, electrical: line break

Seems a little odd to have the 2 codes related to the probe. Is there a chance when you were taking it out of the old downpipe that you over twisted the wiring and now there is a short? I would think that you shouldn't get a code for open circuit unless there is a wiring issue. Your new downpipe has the bung to put the sensor back in even without the cat right?

Thanks for the reply ! Its entirely possible I damaged the wiring on either sensor as everything was old and corroded; As for the wastegate error, is there a possibility it is related to a leak between the Turbo-downpipe manifold ?
Also, The Downpipe does have the threaded holes for the sensors to mount in the same fashion; but should I have the spacers to push the sensors out of the air path ? Thanks !

Not sure on the spacers

Alot of people use a tune to fix the downstream sensor.

It's possible (I don't have any sort of schematic) that shorting or open circuit wires on the O2 sensors could be the same power or ground as the wastegate I guess?

Yea that was the plan, Getting it tuned next week; Hope the wastegate issue can be resolved or else I may be early on my turbo upgrade

Those first two codes would lead me to think either the wastegate is sticking, or the vacuum tube for control isn't seated or is leaking.

The O2 sensor codes would lead me to believe the sensor wasn't reconnected or the harness was damaged during the R&R.
