Oil Chaneg Specs

Looking for deininitve answers on the following

What is the required torque spec on the Oil filter and Drain plug.
What is the oil Capacity

I own both a 2013 S and 2019 S and would be interested in both.

I have the following for a 2019 Mini Cooper S:

Oil filter housing 18.4 ft-lbs
Filter housing oil drain plug 3.7 ft-lb or 44.5 inch-lbs
Oil pan drain plug 14.8 ft-lbs
5.54 qt oil

Wheel bolts 101 ft-lbs
