Engine Managment and planning ahead.

I have my car on quicjacks and I am pulling the engine and tranny out and everything underneath.
I want to put in an aftermarket ECU something like LinkG4x for better and safer engine managment.
What do I need to do sensor and wiring wise? Add a bung for a wideband sensor and run a wideband sensor and maybe exhaust temperature sensor in the manifold? Where would I run these cables?
Probably add a methanol line to the engine bay going to the back of the car while I have everything apart? Other sensors and wiring?
Any one here run the link ecu?
