Wanted to get the rear fog switch working, and while the part is available it's at minimum $150. I can find UK variants with a headlight delta adjustment for quite a bit less. Has anyone installed one of these and know if the headlight adjustment switch works?

 

They work great! Complete plug in play. I just added the same switch (P/N:9301808). Now I'm trying to see how to code the car to recognize the new switch to see if I can get the headlight levelers to work; there was a thread from 2020 that showed how to do so in Bimmercode however Bimmercode changed things up a bit so Step 3's option of "LCE_BEL_LIN_VAR" is no longer in Bimmercode (note the end of the steps contains the code for switch 9301808):

BDC > 3069 LCE_CONFIGURATION > LCE_BEL_LIN_VAR > Code to the switch type, in this case "10_BEL_FLC_NSW_NSL_LWR"

If you happen to find where to enter ""10_BEL_FLC_NSW_NSL_LWR," please do let me know.

 

Unfortunately, I sourced a switch without the adjuster from Europe; so have no way to test it now.
