Does anyone know how to remove the 2 wires that are in this plug that go to the thermostat temp sensor. My original plug broke and I ordered the one below. I put one of the wires in the new plug just to see how it went but its locked in there now, I need to remove it so I can put the green rubber seal and close the door. My old plug fell apart.

UPDATE: Pulled out the gray part, one side broke, wire was still stuck in there, once the gray part is off, theres black prongs that hold the wire in, I was trying to pry them away to release the wire, but realized if these break, the wire wont stay in place. Ended up putting the second wire in the plug without the rubber seal and door latched. going to get some rtv gasket maker to squirt into the top of the plug.
