Electrical System Failure

Hello, I have a 2013 MINI Cooper S and have run into an electrical system issue. I had left the car with the battery disconnected for 4 weeks (I learned later that this was mistake on due the car having an IBS), and when I returned, I had a red light on the dash (car up on jacks), no power windows, headlights stuck on, no signal lights, no hazards, no sunroof. Engine starts and car can drive.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am thinking it may be a faulty Footwell Module (FRM), but am hoping it is something simpler!

I have tried the following with no success:
- Ensured battery is good
- Cleaned battery terminals and grounding points X13004 and X4
- Ensured all fuses are good
- ECU reset
- Performed a "new Battery Registration"

Thanks,
Mattia
