Aquamist methanol spray jet size recomendation

Hello gang, I have been saving my pennies for my aquamist hfs system for cooling intake temps and am getting to the point to order soon hopefully .
. I know on their website it states how to calculate nozzle size for the spray head , but I would like some opinion on some.of you who have ran it on their r53 .

Current mods ...
380cc injectors
Ddm intake
newman ph2 cam
Xforce 4-2-1 header
Magnaflow exhaust
16 % supercharger pulley
Tune by adrian on facelift ecu
running 16.5 boost psi max

not sure if i should go a tad on the smaller size spray headb so it wont mess with afrs. Dont really want to go ported head in the future, but am considering ported throttle body and tpe charger pipe down the road .

Thanks for all your input

4c 5 and 6 start with those if afr goes even a tad rich lower size or water to meth ratio. Start with pure m1.

Thank you Devil z for the reply. based on my calculations off the website i was thinking a 5 as u suggested . I will order those and see if the afr gets affected . I was thinking to run 50/50 mix and see how that goes with shell 93 pump gas . So u recommend going straight to 100% meth on a 4 or 5 spray jet? I run the gp intercooler and I do feel the exit horn quite cooler than the supercharger side horn , silo it is helping, but come.summer time after a spirited motorway run, my afrs start to hunt a bit perhaps due to my iat temps .

For those with this system , is there. A way to disable it from the guage ? I was planning on running it summer months and disable it if I decide to drive in winter?

I saw the pm. Appreciate reaching out but I dont offer that kind of info anymore on any level or in person/ work on anyone's cars. Not that you asked me to work on your car but you know what I mean. Never goes right when it goes wrong to much potential liability etc. The info I gave in Adams thread was based on his setup and only a suggestion not something that is blanketed to any/all meth setups.

The likelihood is that if you are not sure you likely need to read more etc. There is a higher probability of it going very wrong more than correctly and can easily screw your build up. It requires some advanced knowledge and abilities to get correctly and be useful. Not saying that any ol joe cant install one and get results but it requires understanding of basic principles of tuning etc.

More often then not with meth there can be a placebo effect where yes IAT have gone down and your brain says I spent money lower IAT its making more power I know it and reality its likely making less. Again always the case but its a fine line and lots of trial and error and plenty of videos of people loosing power out there and plenty making power. I just dont want to be quoted on something and someone having issues and my info was used. USe the smallest jet. Install into the casted boss on cold side charge pipe. (side going into intake) Yes you have to remove to drill. Yes you can disable it with button. Read forums read the HFS 3 manual look at hfs 3 r53 diagram etc.
