Hengst Cabin Air Filter:

After replacing the cabin air filter on my wife’s HR-V with Bosch’s HEPA version we noticed a big improvement to air quality and I began the search for the MINI.

I found and picked up Hengst’s Bluecare filter. I suffer from allergies year round and cannot wait to test it out.

I plan to update this thread with installation pictures and a review so stay tuned

I picked it up from @ECSTuning and the link is below if anyone wants additional information.

: Update :

Cabin filters have been installed but was unable to document with pictures because I did not have my phone.

: Quick Review :

- You can definitely tell a difference with improvement to air quality immediately.
- Compared the OEM and Hengst filters, the Hengst filters look a little wider and don't feel as flimsy
- The three T20 screws that were holding in the two panels were so tight I thought the plastic around the screw posts would be broken but luckily they weren't damaged

I was very happy to finally use my Wera Zyklop Speed Ratchet and it was so wonderful
- The build quality and smoothness of the ratcheting mechanism was unbelievable!

Would highly recommend the Hengst Bluecare filters -Rich
