Forgive me if this has been discussed. The threads are mega and searching didn't turn up much. I have a Cooper S ALL4 Clubman 2017 and it appears to have no Navigation.(I've had the car two days so I'm super-newb.) Am I simply missing something? I see no Nav in the menus.

Could anyone kindly help this Mni-loving newb figure out if I can do CarPlay without swiping the head unit? (Gah!)
Just install BimmerTech unit called MMI CarPlay Auto
Just installed this unit and it works perfect. My 2023 came with an EntryNav2 unit. It did come with CarPlay but I wanted to stream movies which EntryNav2 doesn’t have capabilities for that as well as screen mirroring. I can mirror IPhone, Android. This is the best solution available and there is no cutting wires and it’s a direct plug and play. One simple press of the menu button and you transistion to the other system amd another press brings you back to the original factory system.
Yeah, that was a dumb question. Yeah, I think an MMI box is the best solution for me also. I’ve looked at the crap on Amazon that are small 7”-9” screens that run CarPlay and AndroidAuto. Meh… I’d rather go in-path for better integration.
Thanks for your reply. I’m gonna take a look over there and do some research.
