two questions.... isn't it minicci.com? never have tried the .org.... and also, I know there's a map but can anyone tell me what it is by? I usually only go to the O'Charlie's in Avon...

 

Actually, we have both domains....

And, O'Charlie's in Southport is off Southport Rd and I-65. Just turn left at the top of the ramp and drive until you see it.

 

I think I'm actually going to be able to make this one. Looking forward to seeing everone, without the black shower of course.

I have an artist reception at 4:00 pm at Ransburg Gallery, Good Hall in University of Indianapolis. It is my senior solo exhibition. I welcome all of you come to see my art works. After the reception, I would be there for the gethering.

 

What is the proablity of getting "showered" on again?????

We were thinking about it! (Amanda and I most likely) I just want to make sure if I do that I won't have to change my clothes in middle of the entire affair!

 

I would think that the odds are pretty slim for a sprinkler malfunction. Besides it makes for great stories and everybody who was there will always remember that gathering.

I should be able to make it.
But beware.. ask for extra bread... I will eat every single piece of it that comes within my reach.

 

I should be there, although still MINIless . Not sure what the odds of another shower, but since the first one was like one in 11 million I would imagine we would be pretty safe it wouldn't happen again at the same place, to the same crowd. If it does, we'll really need to stop letting the D&R crowd come to our gatherings

I'm a little suprised that you would blame the sprinklers on me or us!!! I would dare say it's more likely to be Rick's fault.....He is the one that squirted catsup all over my shirt at Union Jack's once. My luck!

 

Matt can't get lucky enough to have his car fall off the boat. That's only happened to 4 cars in the history of D & R. But I wouldn't know anything about that. HA HA

I had a new member contact me earlier this week and may bring his classic MINI to the gathering. Hope he will make it.

 

Hi guys...I'm new to NAM, livin' in Dallas but will be working with my wife in a theatre in Indy (her home town) the last of July through August '05. My 04 JCW MCS has a fairly extensive aftermarket tally including an EVO upgrade that I'm not crazy about losing at the local dealership (should they try to flash my ECU w/ the latest emmissions recall software--which I have SO far successfully avoided) Since my Mods have pretty much "cooked" my warranty anyway, I was hoping to get a link to at least a couple of mechanics in Indy who are experienced with aftermarket tuned MINIs in case of a problem. If anybody up there can give us a hand, we'd appreciate it! Perhaps we can crash a meeting or an event while we're there!
