Speed limit exceeded warning -- is it possible?

I was messing around with my Miata the other day and found it had a feature that I wish all modern cars had: warn me if I exceed the speed limit by a certain amount (on the Miata I can select 0, 5, or 10mph, and it works great).

My F54 has the traffic sign recognition camera (not sure exactly what type) -- as I pass speed limit signs it updates the instrument cluster to show the current speed limit. I wonder if there is any way to code or configure an audible warning if I exceed the speed limit by a set amount?

I've noticed in some forums that some BMW models seem to have this feature accessible in the infotainment system. I don't see anything like this in my configuration settings though. My infotainment is a retrofitted NBT2, although I have the original head unit ('Visual Boost') on a bench setup and it also does not have any setting like this. Seems odd, since the speed limit camera is there already...

Anybody know if this is a thing that I actually can enable, and if so what enabling it looks like?
