The Competition Editions are pretty rare. Was it hard to import from Canada, or was it already in the US? Any pictures?
That’s a great looking car, and it still looks brand new! 
What a great find on a really rare edition, especially in the US as they were only available in Canada. At only 64 cars, it’s probably the most limited edition of any MINI. I think the next closest was the ”Last of the Supercharged” MINI’s in 2008 which were limited to 100.
The Competition Editions came standard with many JCW items that were only available as Dealer accessories on other MINI’s, even the factory built JCW’s, like the JCW suspension, steering wheel, carbon fiber gear shift ****, handbrake handle, and door sill strips. It’s also the only MINI that I know of that came standard with the aero body kit.
How many miles/kilometers?

Yup! There are a couple things needing to be replaced from wear. We have a “few good men” helping us to get those items and get the process going to restore the car. Mileage is under 60,000.
