I don't think you can find wiring diagram online nowadays. What exactly do you need? Here is a general diagram of the convertible top from ISTA/D.

ty Nervos that's what I needed, having a problem with the micro switch on the rear parcel cover, might just bi-pass it, because I can't see why you have to have a cover for the top to open

The cover and switch act as a safety divider to make sure nothing is sticking up too high when the top is lowered.

ty all fixed the problem, what was happening was when I pushed the locking lever into the lock position it was lifting the cover up enough to disengage the micro switch, a bit of tweaking and all's good
