Hi folks! I'm sad to have to do this, but the time has come to part with my beloved MCS. I needed to switch to a four-door for family reasons, and I found the "deal of a lifetime" on a super-clean '98 M3 four-door, so the MINI has to go. Here are the specs:

Price seems fair. One thing though... The 3 year/36K mile free scheduled maintenance expires August '05, not '06. So your car has one more frebbie oil change and inspection before the scheduled maintenance ends.

Ummm... yes, August '05 is correct for the free maintenance, and that's what I listed in my post! :smile: I listed '06 as the expiration for the 4 yr. 50k mile factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. Perhaps that's where the confusion came from?

Felipe, I just ran an Edmunds.com TMV used car report (Using my zipcode) and here is what it gave me for your car:


Trade in: $18,017

Private Sale: $19,643

Dealer Retail: $22,641

This is based on a '02 MCS CR/W (20,049 miles) with Sport Pkg, Premium Pack (Except Sunroof) and leatherette sport seats, in excellent condition.

Your factory options total $1,656 (After depreciation, Private Sale figures) and your mileage adjustment comes to +$733, because your car has very low miles for its age.

I think your price is spot on and more than a fair deal for the next buyer.
