In the past two weeks I have driven at least 7 hours to buy two full sets of these wheels, and out of the 8 wheels I've bought, I have 2 good, true wheels. That's a whole story for a thread I may make.
I'm looking for 2 more of these wheels. Or 4. I'd buy a set. Whatever. I just want wheels that are not effing bent. I don't know why that is so difficult to find. Who is trashing their poor Coopers!?!?!?!?
If you have 2, or 4, SOLID, NOT BENT wheels that look like those in the picture (preferably stock silver), or you know someone who does, or somewhere to get them, please, I'm just...spent. I just want this to be over. I want wheels for the summer tires I bought and I don't want to think about this anymore.

idk if it's a help or not but I have 4x 16in rims that have usable tires on them , I can go snap a pic of them if you'd like and if you'd want them id let em go cheap. Im actually going to be in Hudson WI next weekend too so if your in the cities i will be next door and could bring the rims n tires along..

Hey I appreciate that. I've been dreaming of these particular S wheels, and I already bought brand new summer tires for them, so...I guess those could get me by for now? I'll consider it. However also I will not be in town this coming weekend...idk, I'll get back to you if that seems like my best option. Thank you!
I have a set of the silver 17" wheels in your picture, they do have some curb rash. I can get pictures for you. I'm near Milwaukee, maybe Adam could pick them up from me and bring them out with him if that works for you.

Oh hell yeah. My dad lives in Milwaukee so I could make a trip down there too!!! Yes, please send pics - I'm pretty sure any wheels I find will have curb rash so I won't be picky about that. I just want them for the summer rubber. And again, it's super important that they NOT be out of round!
I have an original set of these wheels. I don't believe they have any curb rash on them and they are not bent. I will be home this evening and will pull them out of storage to take a closer look. They have a set of snow tires on them but haven't been on the car for two years. Haven't driven it in snow for the last 2 years. I am in Cedarburg, WI. Let me know if you may be interested.
I'll likely have a spare set in a few weeks but they're not in the best shape. Why can't you bring the two best you have to get straightened and refinished?
Hey I have 4 S wheels matching yours that came on my 2005 when I bought it 3 years ago. Silver finish and 1 not original to the car (originally white and painted to match). I drove with these wheels on for 10K miles before switching them out for the 16” web wheels. They are true with no issues with the exception of a 1/4” nick in the outermost edge of 1 wheel. All are mounted with tires (some life left). Can send pictures
