Lube convertible mechanism - where, with what?

I've owned my '06 for a few years now but have never lubed the convertible top mechanism. Wondering where and with what to lube? I searched for threads but didn't find any. Even my 2" thick Bentley manual didn't offer any direction. So, anyone have a diagram and/or specific lube to use? I think some type of dry lube would be best on tracks. Don't want to attract dirt.

Thanks!

If you're talking about the squeaky scissor joints, I give them a shot of Liquid Wrench when they need it.
