Custom Exterior Paint
Anyone here have their MINI repainted in a custom color?? I REALLY like the orange color in the MCS convertible, which is not offered on a hard top.
My 2003 MCS is Dark Silver.....but I really would like to have it custom painted BRIGHT METALLIC ORANGE!!! Also, what would this do to the re-sale value??

If you are worried about re-sale then I wouldn't change the color. If you plan on keeping the car for a very long time then go for it.
keep in mind that most people looking at the car will know that it has been repainted which could worry some because it is no longer the factory paint job and the thought of durability and such will come up. Generally repainting a car will hurt its value. Will it on the MINI? not sure....
