Will this size fit on a 2018 F60 without a lift? I've been searching but can't find a definitive answer. I've read that they will fit on an R60, but not sure how much of a difference there is between the generations.

Those tires will fit without a lift. There could be a problem with the wheels not clearing the brake caliper, depending upon the wheel's offset and spoke design. But, the tire width and circumference are fine with the right wheelset.
