Looking for advice. 2008 R55 S. Barn doors will not open with the handle. It pops open like normal with the fob, but will not open with the handle even when all the doors are unlocked. Apparently it's locking every time I close the it. Help!?!

those are electronically controlled handles. I don't know much about it, but I would look into some kind of switch or motor that releases those.

 

I had a similar issue with the driver side barn door. I took a multi meter and found that one of the power wires to the switch was not supplying any voltage. Ended up running a new wire to a good source. Luckily you can plug the right and left handles to the opposite side to verify they are not the issue.
