Upgrade F56 S with JCW donor?

I've got a lead on a wrecked low-mileage 2019 JCW F56 and I was wondering about using it a donor to upgrade my 2014 S F56. The obvious goodies to transfer would be;
  • JCW Brake calipers, pads, rotors - front only? Fro what I understand the JCW rear brakes are essentially the same but with a paint job.
  • Wheels
  • Exterior Trim (whatever is still in good condition)
  • Exhaust
  • Seats
Things that may be more difficult or less obvious;
  • Engine - is this "easily" swapable? I know most JCW's have a extra radiator behind the left side of the bumper that wouldn't accommodate the fog lights on the S. Also, I'm thinking about LCI type differences that may not line up. For example, the fuel rail plug on the 2014 is different from 2015+ models. Easy enough to retrofit one plug, but I wouldn't want to change the entire harness.
  • Transmission - Both are manual and I'd love to have the improved gearbox. Any other considerations?
  • Master/Slave cylinders - I thought I read somewhere that the JCW has a beefier master cylinder to accommodate the big brake kit. True?
  • Front knuckles and control arms - The front knuckles on the JCW are supposed to be better and, with less mileage, the bushings on the control arms should be in better condition.
Anything else to be considered? Worth the time and effort? Foreseeable snags? I'm worried about getting a bunch of codes and being stuck having to learn esys or having two engines out and finding out nothing lines up.Thoughts?

Any bolt on bits will work. My 2015 S has quite a few JCW parts on it, with no issues. The brakes will work but will need to be coded, and since the front calipers are much larger, you will need factory JCW wheels, wheels with sufficient spacing, or spacers. The engine/trans are whole different issues. The cars are designed so that the computer will not recognize features the car is not built with. Obviously, there are examples of cars that have had engine swaps, but it is usually for a comparable engine and not an upgraded one. I’m sure that it could potentially be possible with the right service tech and enough money.

This is the sort of stuff I'm talking about. What coding is needed? Is it more involved then when you change pads/sensors?

Also I've been digging into RealOem and these were on the parts for the engine;

Important! For vehicles with engines B48 and B46 before 11/2015 another data status must be loaded on the DME control unit after exchanging the engine. The changed data status must be programmed with ISTA/P via the "Conversion installation of cylinder head/ engine B4x" path. Installation note 2 410 770 must be observed!
!!! Attention !!! Observe PuMA measure 62634754!
All those exclamation points makes it sounds like there might be a lot of coding involved. Though, I wonder if a post-swap tune would accomplish the same.

when you buy the jcw kit your supposed to have it coded at the dealer. Coding just tells the car you have bigger diameter brakes for the stability control. We drove ours around for 6 months before I had them coded. We felt no difference. 🤷🏻‍♂️
