I had my windshield replaced last week. Now my car occasionally makes a loud whistling noise and last night the collision warning (red car flashing on the HUD) triggered for a second and there was nothing in front of me for a 1/2 mile. I think they may have messed up the calibration. Does anyone else have an idea?

 

Not sure on this one, safelite always did the calibration on mine. 3 different times and no problems ever.
