Has anyone successfully updated their ID4 HU's FW to ID5? I'm interested in the steps and source files. No interest whatsoever in giving remote access to my computer. I'm seeing in other places that it has been done, but can't find any details except for the "give somebody remote access and pay them" I don't mind the paying part but it's the remote access that I mind.

Not sure if you ever got the upgrade done but I just had mine upgraded last week.

So far no issues Apple Carplay works fine, just trying to figure out how to use apps over bluetooth on an Android phone as it doesn't seem to work like on my factory ID6 GP 3.
