vacuum in crankcase

I have a 2008 mini cooper S. N14 I have vacuum in the crankcase. I am thinking PVC valve. Is there something else I should look at?
Thanks for any help

You actually want vacuum in the crankcase, as it helps the piston rings seal better. What you DON’T want is boost in the crankcase!

This is so much vacuum that it's hard to get the oil cap off. Never seen this much vacuum.

If “that” much vacuum, yeah, I would suspect PCV valve too
