Electrical Fault? Crank no start with 28BD & 27B4
Electrical Fault? Crank no start with 28BD & 27B4
I took my intake manifold off and walnut blasted my intake ports on my R55. After putting everything back together my car will not start. Checking the codes I get a 28BD (throttle valve closing spring check) and 27B4 (tank venting valve activation). I think the throttle isn't opening so I'm not getting ignition. I replaced the throttle body with a new one but it did not help. Since the throttle body and tank venting valve are wired to the same harness, I figure it's an electrical issue. The wiring itself appears to be in good physical condition. I've never had trouble starting the car before walnut blasting. I've read online it could be as simple as a grounding issue? Could someone please point me to where I should start?
Thanks
Thanks
