Part recognition and replacement advice

So I'm at the point where I'm needing opinions and help with a possible plug I can't find on Google. Just no idea what to look for. 2015 mcs 4door 2.0L F55

I know boost sounds get louder the colder the weather gets. But for a few days it seemed like a lot more air movement than normal. Kneeling on passenger side you could definitely hear it.

Got me to looking further and there is something starting to cover the pulley and pipes with a fine spray of rust I'm guessing.
Found a couple of rough spots on and in the turbo inlet elbow. Pics attached. Along the seam at both ends it looks to be separating but I'm not sure. Cleaned the seals up and noticed gaps in the joints.

Thats what I need the opinion on. Does this look likeni need to replace it?

Second is part identification. On each side of the lowest pulley are what look to be small round plugs. The one towards the front of the motor is dry.
On the left is wet at the edge so makes me feel there is water behind it. I can spin both either direction so I stopped messing with them as precaution.

Are they freeze plugs? Because I failed to explain to google what I needed even with pics from my phone.
will attach photos of unknown. Thanks in advance.

Part of the pulley.

Check for the 7 or 11 digit part number and place it into our site.

Thanks I appreciate it. Definitely a huge help what and where to look. I looked at the oil inlet but not in a suspect way. That may be the culprit.

Now if I could just get this hood to open🤦. Got a crunchy opening Monday when I swapped spark plugs. Then got new codes .
Crankshaft gearbox request missing, and EGS harness possibly damaged. Went to open hood and nothing. Passenger side is stuck. The YouTube videos sort of help until it's a dead end.
I've found out the f55 is uniquely exquisite. Ive had a time with it. Numerous mishaps with different vendors, filling of swear jars; Its been fun. But dammit this is the nicest car I've ever owned in 41 years and she's going to enjoy it as much as I do.
I really do love the car, but this past two weeks Roxanne is making me want to turn on the red lights and catch a felony for strangulation. Ha ha.

Sorry for the ramble and thanks for the help

Hood to open needs pulled twice on the hood latch on the inside.

oh yea. With everything I've added to the car I've opened the hood about 500 times since I got the car in April. Ha ha. I definitely appreciate it though.
