Replied to PM with requested shipping cost ($45 UPS Ground / $60 USPS Ground to PA)
Lower cost to shipping destinations closer to my AZ shipment location...

I'm not able to report what "normal" is for R53, since I bought the car modded for tracking plus with super stiff low profile 15 yr old comp DOT tires on it which accentuated ride stiffness. You can see comparison pics and measurements in my (sig) thread link starting at post #72 which might help. From that, seems pretty similar to the JCW "reds" I installed, i.e., comparable wire size and likely similar spring rate but with just a bit more drop from standard R53 static ride level spec than as replaced.

SOLD 17Nov2021 Bump to the top with a New Deal...

Inquiries so far have expressed concern on shipping cost estimates, so I determined today that one front spring will nest inside one rear spring with both pairs barely fitting within a USPS Large Flat Rate Box. My new price is $170 shipped anywhere within the Continental USA which includes USPS Priority 3-day delivery cost. These springs are ready to ship as shown!
