I removed this door panel today from my 2006 R53 during replacement with a new OEM panel. This panel (BMW P/N 51-41-7-141-259) is now hugely expensive ($1254 MSRP) but was the only blemish on my otherwise pristine car (see sig link). Despite cost, I bought one of only (3) remaining in BMW Germany warehouse inventory as a "now or never" situation before this becomes NLA like so many other 1st gen OEM parts. I searched for a used one on eBay but all found were extremely worse, with the plastic trim scratched unacceptably.
The one blemish is a dimple-dent in the Panther Black vinyl at top rear adjacent to the door reflector as well as a glossy sheen next to that which won't come out. Depending on your own acceptance criteria, this one might suit for complete replacement or donor for the unblemished anthracite trim parts (factory heat-staked into position on the rear side).
Price is less actual shipping cost to your location. It's now repackaged as it arrived from BMW/MINI, i.e., wrapped in a large microfoam sheet, packed inside a 41"x24"x5" inner box and then inside a 43.5"x28.5"x8" outer shipping box. This was shipped via Fed-Ex which might be cheapest option or possible UPS. Photos below taken today are representative.
Still available. Depending on planned utilization and whether the single blemish on panel/card is or isn't an issue, could ship in BMW inner box with the pristine unblemished Anthracite trim pieces padded for protection. With that option, reduced shipping cost and total expense to salvage those trim pieces for your own door panel/card. My price valuation is more about those commonly blemished trim pieces in any case...
