Had anyone installed a removable trailer hitch - 1 1\4" on an MCS ? Obvioiusly the duel exhaust in mid-bumper calls for a creative installation ... my dealer said there's a company that has them ... at a cost of $650 +. I'm sure not going to be held up for that ?

I'd think a reciever would be attached on the undercarriage on both sides of the duel exhaust - then the actual hitch would be attached with pins ..

Any ideas here ?

 

Sounds like the MINI FINI System

 

If you do a search, you will find photos of a receiver hitch on an MCS.

You will have to decide if you trust it.

Mini Fini is planning one for $$$ on top of the $$$$ for the base part.

Several different home made hitches are in forums here in NAM.

 

I did purchase the Mini Fini system six months ago ... the tow along with the bike rack and couldn't be more pleased. This is high quality product and looks sharp !! Pay the money -
