F55/F56 Exhaust downpipe differences

Exhaust downpipe differences
So I’ve been looking for a downpipe for my justa F55. There are some places that say their downpipe will fit both S and non-s. Other sites sell one for S, one for non.
what are the actual differences between them? Flange size? Pipe direction, brackets, etc?
