Just changed my sparkplugs on my F55 at about 45,000 miles, and I assume this is the first time they have ever been changed. Here's a picture of what came out. How bad are these?

Just anecdotally, the car feels much smoother with the new plugs.

Plugs are in the same order as the cylinders. Left is driver side, right is passenger side.

 

Based on this chart, I'd say they have normal wear.

 

hey, what were the symptoms of your worn out spark plugs and was there a dash warning about them?

 

OPs plugs look fine, just need to measure the gap. They are not worn enough to cause a misfire.

 

I have 80,000 miles on my 2018 S with original plugs.
Will be replacing them next week.

I bought NGK plugs from RockAuto $13 something each.
Other places were way more up to $22 each!

 

Same question, any symptoms?
My new to me 2012 countryman has some rough starts when its been really cold out (so cal high 30s a couple times last week), 50k miles, not sure they've ever been changed.
