Service at Patrick if you didn't buy from them

I've been hearing generally good things about Patrick -- both on the sales and on the service side. However, I want to keep my options open.

Is there anybody in the Chicago area who has bought a MINI new from somewhere else, say Classic perhaps, and then had it serviced at Patrick?

Were you treated like the proverbial unwanted step-child?

Or was it a good experience?

Thanks

Hunter

I did buy my MINI at Patrick, so this reply will be biased. My buddy however did not. So I asked the service rep if it would be okay to bring their car in even though they did not purchase their MINI at Patrick. He replied that any MINI can be serviced regardless of where the place of purchase was. And they will all be treated the same.

I actually just brought Lance in to Patrick for service. Oil change, new tires (GREAT deal), break line flush, warrenty work on the air intake, alignment. I bought Lance from Knauz and have had it serviced there.

Go with Patrick -- . Adam is knowledgable and friendly. It was how I should have expected a service to be -- hassle free. Everything I asked for was done. Adam was more then glad to have my business and I will go back there for other service when Lance needs it.
