2013 Clubman Cold Start Noise

I'm wondering if anybody here can help me with my noisy 2013 Clubman? I would like to know if this noise is normal or if I have a (potential) issue? 2013 Clubbie S with approximately 60k miles.

Noise is worse on cold start. When driving out of my neighborhood I get a raspy/rattling sound right before the upshift to a higher gear. Seems to be more noticeable on the 1-2 and 2-3 upshift but can be heard throughout the shift range. Noise occurs for about 5-10 minutes then mostly goes away. It will come back periodically after engine is warm but is not nearly as loud.

I took some video and posted it at the following link:

The noise can be heard at about 3 seconds, 8 seconds and is most noticeable from 18-23 seconds in the above linked video. Any insight would be beneficial.

Bumping this in hopes of some ideas.

I checked the exhaust etc. over the weekend and everything is tight so I don't think that is the source. Sounds to me it is coming from under the hood. I checked under the hood also and everything is tight. Could this be coming from the turbo?

I'm not an expert but I would check any heat shielding like around the Turbo or the shielding covering the down pipe.

The shielding around the turbo is solidly attached but is flimsy. I do wonder if it is bent somewhere out of the line of sight and that could possibly be the problem. It appears to be clear of the down pipe.

Could this possibly be a weak timing chain tensioner? There's a lot of info out there on the N14 regarding weak timing chain tensioners but not as much discussion on the web regarding the N18.
