I'm wondering if anyone has added a 27 mm front sway bar to a car with stock springs and shocks, is so, how's the ride?

I didn't swap sway bars on a Mini (so far), but I did on several cars especially hot hatches.
Well, I wouldn't describe it as 'harshness' but instead as 'stiffness'. If uprated on both axles
you'll get a bit stiffer suspension with much less roll. It won't be anything like 'bone jarring' at
all. Don't forget fitting a proper LSD will be more of a benefit when swapping both sway bars.
