Can anyone please tell me what this part is, it layed on the ground underneath the engine:



I placed the garage remote next to it for scale. Looks like a bushing with a round hard piece of plastic at the end.

It is part of the garage door.

Now I can relax - thought Oh No, now the car is starting to fall apart!
