Handbrake boot

My ‘05 R52S handbrake boot has a rip in it from a bolt that’s sticking out under the handle. Is this bolt normal, and is there a replacement boot? I haven’t been able to find very many replacements that aren’t super expensive.

There is a guy on ebay in the UK that makes leather ones with various stitching colors for a really decent price - either with or without the plastic frame below. He's got all sorts of leather interior goodies.

Mine ripped, i just replaced it. I went with the GP one as i liked the red stitching to match the old nla red stitched downtube i have.
