Fan Speed Woes....AGAIN!

Last year I had some cabin fan speed issues - none of the higher fan speeds on cold days (-15C or lower typically) which I attributed to the old battery, as I was getting "..Battery Discharge.." warnings on the colder days. Sometimes the fan speeds would come back after running for a while. Anyway, nursed the battery through the summer (no issues) and replaced the battery last week with an AGM Size 48 battery with 770 CCA. Better than original battery, but today (-15 or so) again did not get the upper fan speeds. Any ideas? Not near any dealership.

UPDATE: Fan is working much better now, maybe it just needed a bit of time to get used to the new battery charging rate? Was -27C today and fan worked fine. I registered the battery, I think. Used Schwaben tool, it only asked if it was a factory battery (no) and then amp hours (70), is that correct?
