Hood vents, fiberglass or carbon fiber?

https://new.minimania.com/part/NMX33...n1-R50-R52-R53

Looking to add a pair of hood vents, is there any advantage to the carbon fiber vents over the fiberglass ones?

Yea, the carbon fiber version will empty your wallet a little more than the fiberglass version for no apparent reason.
Is this a real question ? Where is this coming from ? Does one outflow another, does one direct flow better than the other..!? No and no.
Is one "grams" lighter than the other...yea. But the addition of the vent is probably heavier than the metal that you cut out. so...you're adding weight in any case. Are the vents helpful in letting hot air out, yea, probably.

As I suspected. The carbon fiber is for bragging rights, then.

I’ve worked with fiberglass, no experience with carbon fiber. Thought maybe I was ignorant of something in regard to carbon fiber parts.
