JCW tie rods and GP2 ECU

Looking for tie rods (used or new) for my R58 JCW Coupe. Not sure if the JCW tie rods are different than standard - if they are, I need the JCW ones.

Also interested in a GP2 ECU if anyone is aware of one for sale.

FYI, you can't take a used ECU and just plug it into your MINI and it work.

I expect it to be harder than plug-and-play.
