2011 Countryman S P0010 code help
Hey all, so I'm back with some more issues with my Countryman.
Background. Had the timing chain replaced and the FRM module replaced.
I'm now getting a P0010 code, which shows that there is an open circuit on the intake VANOS. Trying to figure out if there is a fuse, a bad wire, a loose connection, or if that is an indication of a bad solenoid. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fault service plan involves checking the wiring, then replacing the solenoid valve:

If the connector looks good, I would just go ahead and replace the solenoid.

The intake Vanos and the exhaust Vanos should be the same part.
you could swap them and see if the fault stays on the intake, or follows the swap.
That will narrow down if it's the valve itself, or a wiring problem or something else.
cheers!
