2019 MC
Does anyone know if it’s possible to have a remote starter installed at a Mini Dealership? I asked that question and was told it’s not possible due to European rules where the car originated. Does this sound legit? Thanks in advance!

 

This would be something aftermarket you would have to get done outside of a dealer. BMW/MINI offered this on select cars with specific options maybe 3 years ago. You had to order another remote/fob that was secured in the car then the option was programmed to work. For some reason that I don’t remember there was a problem with them and the dealers has to remove them from customers cars.
