The NAM thread has the lodging info on it. There are discounted rates listed and phone numbers to each. If you plan to go you should make your reservations right away. The rooms/cabins are growing scarce.

There is a group going down so if you are interested or have questions you can PM or post them here. Last year was a blast with plenty of great roads to motor on.

If anyone going would like to caravan down we could try to set that up.

This is anticapaited to be one of the biggest MINI events for 2005. Looking forward to seeing a great Indiana turn out!

...and don't forget the Midwest Caravan, which starts in Detroit and heads down I-75 through Knoxville to Fontana Village. We can meet up with the MINICCI just south of Cincinnati. The Caravan is on Thursday, May 5th, 2005.

Although not a member of your group I will be there Friday and Saturday nights. Maybe you have seen this '04 MCS in the left lane around Indianapolis? Will hook up for sure. JAS

 

I know it's a long haul for you guys, but about what time should we expect to see you get there this year?

Koolmini may have a job in FL about the time of the Dragon so he may be driving up there with MINIclo, YuccaPatrol and myself.

This will be one fast trip if he does.

 

So Cheryl with jsoltan that will make 8 cars so far from IN. I sure someone else from IN wants to go. Just post a message and maybe well put together an Indy get together down there.

Cheryl I made the Res. last night. Are you planning on the Welcome dinner and chilli cookoff?? Post it so we can all make plans together.

 

I haven't done the reservation yet. Wanted Tom to be home so we could decide what we wanted to do. I do think we are going to do the Welcome dinner and chili cookoff. Not sure about the farewell dinner.

I know we will NOT go to Codes Cave, but have already signed up for the Midnight run. Tom is wanting to ride mt. bikes, so I will probably go to Gatlinburg then.

If you are planning to motor during your trip to the dragon you must register here on NAM. They are providing event insurance and you MUST have a registration card to go on any organized drives. This includes the parade on the dragon Friday morning. NO CARD=NO MOTORING!!

I am planning on heading to the dragon on Thursday around noon from South Bend, Should be in Indy around 3:30-4:00 depending on the weather may stay in Lexington. I am not fond of the mountains in the rain at night. I can not get out of work any sooner. Dinner at Lexington Hooters is always a good stop any time. Anyone intrested please let me know. I am signed up for the picture at the dam at 3:00. Can't see being able to get there by 8:30 for parade.

 

I think most of the southern Hoosiers will be there or still on their way when you hit Indy. Don't blame ya for not wanting to be in the mountains at night!! We will look for ya at the Dam picture.
